For us to operate effectively as a school and to push ahead together for increased student achievement, Ava R-I is striving for focus and alignment across the district. When educators collaborate to plan effectively how to achieve common goals, schools are armed with the capacity to help all students learn at high levels. 

When I visit each school building, it is apparent that our teachers, pre-kindergarten through high school, are passionate and committed to the students. Each school is also committed to their community and considers parents, students, and staff partners in meeting our common commitment.
