Mrs. Teresa Nash
Mrs. Teresa Nash grew up in Ava, Missouri. She is married to Dwayne Nash and they have two daughters, Alysa and Aymee. Mrs. Nash has served Ava High School as a Special Education Teacher for 5 years and for 3 years as Assistant Principal. She became the Ava High School Principal in 2008. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education K-12 from Missouri State University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Missouri State University, and is currently working on her Specialist’s Degree in Educational Administration at Missouri State University. Mrs. Nash loves working with kids and wants each student to have a positive educational experience. She encourages parents and community members to be active participants in the education of the youth in our community and to come by at any time if they have any questions or concerns.

Mr. David Williams
David Williams was born and raised in Florissant, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. He spent 6 years in Ava previously as the Spanish teacher and jumped at the chance to come back to such a great community as the Assistant Principal. David and his wife Tracy have two daughters, Emily and Madeline. He received his bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his Masters in Educational Administration from William Woods University.
